Christopher Alan Homes has climbed to No. 57 on Home Builder Executive’s “Top 100 Private Home Builders” list based on 2025 closings. The largest privately held homebuilder in Southwest Florida, Christopher Alan Homes closed 555 homes in 2025 and has delivered a cumulative total of over 3,500 homes since its 2017 inception.
