Christopher Alan Homes promotes Bobby Slabe to director of construction

Christopher Alan Homes has promoted Bobby Slabe to director of construction. In his new role, Slabe will oversee construction operations across multiple markets, supporting field teams, strengthening processes and helping ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality homes that meet the company’s high standards for craftsmanship, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Slabe joined Christopher Alan Homes in 2019 as a warranty representative and was promoted to construction manager later that year. He has since held multiple roles, including area manager positions in Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres and Charlotte County, demonstrating a strong command of construction operations and team management. His performance has been recognized with Manager of the Year honors in 2021, 2023 and 2024, and he was among the recipients of the company’s inaugural President’s Award in 2023.
