Sanibel Captiva Community Bank promotes Tryon to director of construction administration

Sanibel Captiva Community Bank proudly announces the promotion of Kim Tryon to director of construction administration within the bank’s loan servicing department, recognizing her leadership, expertise and critical role in managing construction lending.

In her new role, Tryon oversees documentation and disbursement processes for construction loans, supporting both commercial and residential financing. She is responsible for verifying project budgets, reviewing construction draws, and mitigating financial and operational risks throughout the life of construction loans.

Tryon plays a key role in safeguarding the bank’s construction loan portfolio by coordinating draw inspections, monitoring project progress, confirming appropriate use of funds and ensuring adherence to loan agreements and regulatory requirements. Her work supports the bank’s commitment to prudent lending while helping borrowers move their projects forward efficiently and responsibly.

Tryon joined the bank in 2016 as a loan servicing administrative assistant and has since advanced through several positions within the loan servicing administration area. She has developed extensive knowledge of loan servicing operations with a strong specialization in construction lending. Her steady progression within the department reflects both her dedication to the bank and her expertise in supporting construction loan administration and oversight.
