Sanibel Captiva Community Bank promotes Oakley
Sanibel Captiva Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Brent Oakley to assistant vice president and loan servicing assistant manager, recognizing his long standing commitment to the bank and his diverse background in retail, deposit operations and loan servicing.
In his new role, Oakley supports the oversight of daily loan servicing operations, working closely with the entire loan servicing team to ensure accurate processing, strong internal controls and consistent service standards. He assists with team leadership, workflow coordination and ongoing process improvement to support the bank’s lending activities.
“Brent’s experience across multiple areas of the bank has prepared him well for this role,” said Sharon Neeld, senior vice president and director of loan servicing and administration for Sanibel Captiva Community Bank. “His extensive background provides a solid foundation as he takes on additional responsibilities.”
Oakley joined Sanibel Captiva Community Bank in 2015 as a teller and later advanced into deposit operations, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service and operational processes. In 2019, he transferred to loan operations as a loan servicing construction specialist, where he supported construction loan administration, documentation and disbursement activities. His hands on experience and institutional knowledge have played an important role in supporting both internal teams and borrowers.
