Fiduciary Care appoints Kimberly Spiker as president

Fiduciary Care, the parent company of Fiduciary Associates,  and Senior Advocacy Group, announced the appointment of Kimberly Spiker as president. Spiker brings more than three decades of experience in trust and estate planning, estate administration, fiduciary services and organizational leadership to her new role.

Spiker is respected within the legal and fiduciary communities for her judgment, discretion and unwavering commitment to core fiduciary principles. She has built a career delivering exceptional client service and collaborating with clients and their advisors to develop comprehensive estate administration strategies and identify post‑mortem planning opportunities.

Most recently, Spiker served as estate administration manager at The Northern Trust Company in Naples. In this role, she supervised estate administration for the east region, led multidisciplinary teams, ensured adherence to governing documents and applicable law, and maintained rigorous court and tax filing standards. She also co‑chaired the Estate Review and Estate Acceptance Committees and contributed to the development of best practices across regional and national levels.

Before assuming her managerial responsibilities, Spiker spent more than a decade as an estate administrator and senior estate administrator at Northern Trust. She administered complex estates involving sophisticated tax considerations, unique assets and sensitive family dynamics. Earlier in her career, she served as an investigative attorney, financial consultant and private practice attorney focusing on estate planning, probate and real estate matters.

Spiker is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Ohio and has demonstrated leadership within the legal community. She is a past president of the Collier County Bar Association, the Collier County Women’s Bar Association and the Collier County Bar Foundation. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Legal Aid Service of Broward County, furthering her commitment to expanding access to legal services in the community.

Spiker earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, as well as a bachelor of arts in political science and an associate degree in paralegal studies from the University of Cincinnati.

As president of Fiduciary Care, Spiker will focus on enhancing the firm’s fiduciary and life care management services, strengthening client and advisor relationships, and supporting strategic growth while maintaining the highest standards in client care.
