M/I Homes announces new leadership appointments in Southwest Florida

M/I Homes announces four new appointments within its Fort Myers/Naples division, strengthening its teams across purchasing, sales, and marketing.

Eric Newman has been promoted to Purchasing Manager, bringing experience in procurement, cost management, and supplier relationships within the Southwest Florida homebuilding market. Having worked with multiple homebuilders, he offers a strong understanding of regional pricing dynamics, trade availability, and the challenges of managing material costs and supply in a fluctuating environment.

Anthony Lucas has been named Area Sales Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and sales management, he brings a strong background in team leadership and training, with a focus on delivering a consultative approach to new home sales.

Destiny Perez has been promoted to Marketing Coordinator after previously serving as an intern and Sales Associate. In her new role, she will support digital efforts and brand awareness initiatives across Southwest Florida.

Regina Toops joins as Director of Marketing, bringing more than 20 years of experience in marketing and sales. She offers expertise in market research, community engagement, and strategic planning, with a focus on driving results and supporting continued growth in the region.
