Greater Naples Chamber announces winners of seventh annual Youth Business Fair
The Greater Naples Chamber is excited to announce the winners of its 7th annual Youth Business Fair. The event gave elementary, middle, high school and college students the opportunity to showcase their businesses and sell their unique products to the public.
Youth entrepreneurs competed for awards in hopes to win the ultimate prize, the Sunshine Award, where the winner’s products will be sold inside of a Sunshine Ace Hardware store. This year, two Sunshine Award winners were chosen.
Ella Lyman, a junior at Naples High School, and Victoria Ivanishchak, a senior at Gulf Coast High School, were selected as this year’s Sunshine Award winners.
Lyman’s business is For Dogs Sake. For Dogs Sake offers adjustable, hands-free crossbody dog leashes designed for dogs of all sizes and weights. The leash allows owners to comfortably walk their dogs while keeping their hands free for everyday tasks like making calls or texting. It combines convenience, safety and flexibility for modern pet owners.
Ivanishchak’s business is Shiny. Shiny is an innovative window-cleaning product inspired by the traditional use of newspaper for streak-free glass. Instead of using printed newspaper, Ivanishchak sources raw, ink-free paper directly from manufacturers, eliminating mess and residue. She has refined and packaged this concept into a cleaner, more effective and user-friendly solution.
“This year’s Youth Business Fair was a huge success, showcasing Collier County’s best and brightest,” said Kristina Park, president and CEO of the Greater Naples Chamber. “Our young entrepreneurs gained invaluable experience and fostered connections with local leaders, setting them up for future success.”
