Always On Call Answering Service honored with NAEO Superior Agent Service Award
Always On Call Answering Service has been honored with the prestigious NAEO Superior Agent Service Award (SASA), earning a Top 10 national recognition for service excellence. The award is presented annually bythe National Amtelco Equipment Owners Association (NAEO), an organization of Amtelco users committed toeducation, collaboration, and the advancement of best practices across the telephone answering and messaging industry. Always On Call received this distinction at NAEO’s 2026 Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas .
Unlike traditional call center evaluations, the SASA program focuses on the individual Agent and the critical role each person plays in delivering an exceptional caller experience. It is built on empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout every interaction.
To ensure impartiality and consistency, NAEO contracts independent judges toevaluate message services over a six-month period. Calls are scored using strict criteria that include:

- Courteousness
- Accuracy of Call
- Knowledge of Account
- Overall Impression of Call
