Trina Eastman joins Gulf Coast International Properties

Gulf Coast International Properties Luxury Rentals iannounced Trina Eastman, administrative assistant, has joined the firm.

Originally from Orlando, Trina Eastman relocated to Naples in 1993 and brings more than 30 years of professional experience as a legal assistant and administrative professional. Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple areas of law, most recently spending 14 years with the condominium and HOA association attorneys at Roetzel & Andress, where she supported three partners in a fast-paced practice. Her responsibilities included managing high volumes of client and debtor matters, filing and recording legal documents, coordinating retreats and meetings, and assisting with marketing initiatives for seminars and trade shows.

In addition to her extensive legal background, Trina has valuable experience in the construction industry, having served as an Administrative Assistant for a local luxury custom home builder, supporting estimators and project managers, as well as an Executive Assistant for a local contracting firm. She also spent 12 years as a Legal Assistant with a Naples-based estate planning, taxation, real estate, and business law firm. Trina’s extensive background in legal administration, client relations, and the luxury construction industry seamlessly translates to luxury real estate rentals, where professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional client service are paramount. Trina is a consummate professional who brings a high level of expertise to every role.
