STOCK Development appoints Eric van Schaik as Chief Financial Officer

STOCK Development has appointed Eric van Schaik as Chief Financial Officer, further strengthening the company’s executive leadership team as it continues to expand its portfolio of luxury residential, commercial and mixed-use developments throughout Florida.

In his role, van Schaik oversees STOCK Development’s financial operations, strategic planning, forecasting, banking relationships and long-term financial growth initiatives across the company’s diversified real estate portfolio.

Van Schaik brings more than 17 years of finance and operational leadership experience within the real estate development and homebuilding industries. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with several nationally recognized homebuilders, where he partnered closely with executive teams to drive strategic growth, operational excellence and strong financial performance.

He earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in business administration, with concentrations in finance and accounting, from the University of Central Florida.
