B&I Contractors promotes Heath Caulfield to director of project management

B&I Contractors announced the promotion of Heath Caulfield to Director of Project Management for Electrical. Heath’s journey with B&I began as an intern, where he quickly embraced both the electrical trade and the company’s commitment to excellence.

Throughout his career, he has steadily advanced through a variety of roles, gaining valuable experience in estimating, project engineering, and project management. Heath has played an important role in developing and refining processes within B&I’s Electrical Division while serving as a trusted mentor to team members across the organization. His dedication to continuous improvement, leadership, and operational excellence has contributed to the success and growth of the division.
