Adam Palmer Elected to Serve as CCIM Global President

Naples, Fla.  – The CCIM Institute (CCIM) announced the election of Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR as its 2024 First Vice President during its annual Governance Meeting in Seattle.

CCIM is hub to the world’s most advanced commercial real estate experts and is widely considered as the industry’s “gold standard” designation; one in which less than 10% of professionals hold.
Its leaders define and direct CCIM’s strategic goals for the Institute and its members across the globe. As First Vice President, Palmer will serve as President in 2026.

His dedication to advancing commercial real estate is longstanding. A19-year industry veteran, Adam has already served as President of the Florida CCIM Chapter and National Board Member for the CCIM Institute and CCIM Technologies. His ascension to this global executory role signals a bright future for CCIM.

With an office and industrial background, Palmer is frequently recognized for his transactional accomplishments and holds a rare, dual designation as both a CCIM and Society of Industrial and Office Realtor (SIOR). His election as First Vice President makes him the first SIOR to hold this venerable role with CCIM in 13 years.

A Managing Principal of Florida-based commercial brokerage organization, LQ Commercial (formerly LandQwest), Palmer continues to exemplify exceptional thought leadership and success for the firm and entire commercial real estate field. His vision in each governing capacity centers around collaboration, innovation, and professional development for all.

“I am deeply honored to have been chosen for this prestigious role,” said Palmer. “I look forward to working closely with the board – and our members – to foster CRE growth worldwide and increase CCIM awareness toward new heights.”
