Mr. Balser joins Air Partner with over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, specializing in customer experience and operations. His career began at NetJets, where he spent just under 13 years spearheading customer service for the company, working his way up to become Vice President, Customer Service Operations. Previously, he was the Vice President, Service & Culture of Nexus Flight Operations Services, Vice President, Customer Excellence of Hawker Beechcraft Corporation, Vice President, Customer Experience and Product Manager of Argus International, and Aircraft Charter Sales Leader of Jet Edge International. He is a graduate of the Center for Aviation Studies at Ohio State University and holds a degree in business administration and aviation management. He was an active Board Member of the Ohio Regional Business Aviation Association and Franklin University College of Business Advisory Board.
