AJS Realty brokers lease for ShareMD in Naples
AJS Realty Group, Inc. has brokered a lease on behalf of ShareMD, a health care real estate company that brings a one-of-a-kind health and wellness treatment center to Naples.
Suncoast Integrated Medical Center will occupy 3,350 square feet of medical space at 8360 Sierra Meadows Blvd., a Class A medical building that is directly across Collier Boulevard from Physicians Regional Hospital’s South Campus. Suncoast Integrated Medical Center is focused on increasing quality of life, health and wellness. Team members serve patients through innovative, high-quality therapies such as osteoarthritis knee pain treatment, sexual wellness treatment, IV infusions and hormone therapy.
Hamish Williams, senior vice president of sales and leasing with AJS Realty Group, represented ShareMD, the building’s owner and operator, in lease negotiations. Darren Schoof, director of brokerage and a sales associate with RE 1 Advisor, LLC, represented Suncoast Integrated Medical Center.
The new medical center is located within ShareMD’s 15,184-square-foot, multi-tenant medical facility, which is fully built-out with numerous exam and treatment rooms, nursing stations, physician offices, reception areas and waiting rooms. The building was previously occupied by NCH Healthcare System.
