Naples firm relocates, expands offices; earns 2 Power Broker Awards

Andrew Saluan, the owner and managing broker of AJS Realty Group, represented NCH Healthcare System in its $27,985,000 purchase of the Naples Daily News headquarters at 1100 Immokalee Road in North Naples. The sale of the industrial/office building closed in December, landing Saluan on CoStar’s Top Sales Deals list for the fourth quarter of 2020 in Southwest Florida.
Mr. Saluan also received recognition on CoStar’s Top Retail Leasing Deals list for representing the landlord in a real estate transaction in the Marketplace at Pelican Bay in North Naples. Pinchers of North Naples LLC leased the 5,400-square-foot freestanding building at 8777 U.S. 41 N. from Musca Properties LLC. The former Ruby Tuesday out-parcel is being renovated by Phelan Family Brands for a new Deep Lagoon Seafood restaurant targeted to open this spring.
