Alex Baker
CAPE CORAL, Fla. – Lusk, Drasites & Tolisano, P.A, is pleased to announce that Alex Baker has joined the firm as an associate in the Criminal Defense & Civil Litigation Departments. Mr. Baker will assist clients involved in civil litigation such as business disputes, landlord/tenant issues, family law matters as well as criminal defense.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Baker worked as a Deputy Sheriff in the Detroit Metro Area. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, he worked for the Prosecutor’s Office as well as the Public Defender’s Office. Mr. Baker was admitted into the Florida Bar in 2020 and is also licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.

Mr. Baker comes from a family of lawyers, which includes his father, aunt, and uncle. “I grew up around the law. I was learning what discovery and jury selection were all about when I was still in elementary school. My father would share with me some of the most fascinating things you can only experience being an attorney. As one could expect, my passion and desire to pursue a career as a lawyer was a natural thing for me,” Mr. Baker said. “It’s an honor being able to bring what I’ve learned from my prior roles to better serve the clients at Lusk, Drasites, & Tolisano.”
