Alexander J. Menendez and Alton M. Kuhn named Partners at the Pavese Law Firm
FORT MYERS, Fla. – Pavese Law Firm is pleased to announce that attorneys Alexander J. Menendez and Alton M. Kuhn have been named partners at the firm.
Mr. Menendez concentrates his practice in the areas of community association law and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Menendez worked as a legal intern for First American Financial Corporation, which is a Fortune 500 company and an international title insurance and settlement services provider.
Mr. Menendez obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Florida with a minor in Real Estate finance and a focus on urban planning and development. He then graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Mr. Kuhn focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate development, commercial leasing and business law.
Mr. Kuhn obtained his undergraduate degree in History and his Masters of Education from the University of Florida. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
