Aloia Roland expands personal injury practice with addition of Mark J. Joseph

Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC is growing its personal injury law team with the addition of Mark J. Joseph. As an associate attorney, Joseph will provide support in the areas of serious personal injury, wrongful death, and first party insurance claims. Since joining the firm in 2016, Joseph served in the roles of law clerk, associate and intern, supporting the practice areas of personal injury, family law, business and commercial law.

Joseph became a member of the Florida Bar in 2019 and he was conferred a Juris Doctor in 2019 at Stetson College of Law while also completing his Master of Business Administration from Stetson University. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. Throughout his graduate and undergraduate education, Joseph was active in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, a national initiative sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service, and prepared tax returns for low to moderate-income taxpayers.
