Cameratta Companies to celebrate groundbreaking for Kingston on Nov. 13

Cameratta Companies will celebrate construction for its newest residential community in Estero, Kingston, with a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 12:30 p.m. The ceremony will  be held at Kingston, 22500 Corkscrew Road in Estero and include company executives, elected officials, project partners and community leaders.

Kingston is one of the largest master-planned developments ever conceived in Southwest Florida, spanning almost 7,000 acres, over half of which will be restored with wildlife habitat and designated as preserves. With sustainability at its core, Kingston is a conservation restoration project that will transform distressed, overgrown farmland into a unique community, blending environmental preserves with residential neighborhoods and commercial amenities.

At build out, Kingston will feature approximately 10,000 residences, including single-family homes, condominiums and villas. The community also will include 700,000 square feet of commercial space along with an extensive array of lifestyle amenities.

Cameratta Companies is the developer behind four existing premier communities in Estero: Verdana Village, The Place at Corkscrew, Corkscrew Shores and The Preserve at Corkscrew.

Builder partners for Kingston include Lennar, Neal Communities, Pulte Homes, Taylor Morrison and WMG Development.
