Art Rooney joins Gulf Coast International Properties

Gulf Coast International Properties announced Art Rooney IV, Realtor, has joined the firm.

Originally hailing from Pittsburgh, Penn., Rooney has been a permanent resident of Naples for the past 23 years, attending local schools in our community. An alumnus of Duquesne University, he possesses a unique background and has worked in many different industries in his career.

Rooney was previously based in Los Angeles where he served as a producer for the NFL Network. His career has also taken him to Washington, D.C., where he worked as a project manager for both the NHL’s Washington Capitals and the NBA’s Washington Wizards. He was involved with the Empire City Casino and Yonkers Raceway where he served in the broadcast crew, and within the Pittsburgh Steelers organization, both family businesses.

He pivoted to luxury real estate after realizing a passion for real estate and has been incredibly successful. He brings an individual perspective to the role and offers a wealth of local market knowledge to his customers. His dedication and commitment to his customers are evident in every step he takes with them on their real estate journey.
