Associate Leadership Collier applications now open

The Leadership Collier Foundation, an affiliate of the Greater Naples Chamber, is excited to announce Associate Leadership Collier applications are now open for the 2026 class. ALC is a program specifically designed for emerging leaders and professionals in Collier County of ages 21 to 40 years old. Through hands-on experiences and exclusive behind-the-scenes sessions, participants explore local government, education, economic development, the arts and more.

“ALC is more than just a program, it’s a life-changing experience for participants,” said Kristina Park, president and CEO of the Greater Naples Chamber. “By immersing themselves in the fabric of our community, class members gain invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing Collier County. This experience empowers them to be informed, be engaged and be the difference in our community.”

ALC is designed for next generation leaders. The ideal Associate Leadership Collier candidate is an individual who is already engaged, involved and ready to make a positive impact both in their career and in their community.
ALC class members will hear from experienced area leaders who deal with our community’s biggest opportunities and challenges. With the benefit of new perspectives and connections, participants are prepared to take their places as our community’s next generation of community leaders.
