Ave Maria reaches record-breaking numbers with over 600 new home sales

Award- winning master-planned community, Ave Maria, reports over 600 new home sales year-to-date, marking a new-record high. With a 31% increase in home sales over the same period in 2020, Ave Maria is on track for another record year. Home sales were reported from the four residential builders in Ave Maria— CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar, and Pulte Homes.
