Baker Senior Center Naples names Lee as Senior Center Managing Director
Baker Senior Center Naples, a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive programs and social services to support older adult and their families, announced the appointment of Renee R. Lee as its new Senior Center Managing Director.
In this position, Lee is responsible for overseeing the creation, development and implementation of all member programs and services at the 30,000-square-foot senior center. More than 40 different member programs are offered each week, enabling adults over the year of 60 to socialize, stay active and learn in a safe and nurturing environment.
Lee has more than 25 years of professional experience. Most recently, she served in a dual role as Store Manager and Regional Manager for Patchington. Prior to that, she was Marketing Manager for the women’s specialty apparel boutique. She also gained non-profit experience as a member of the management team for the Beach Community Food Pantry, coordinating fundraising events, volunteer management and food procurement.
Lee earned her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Mass. She also completed professional training, including the Towers Watson 360 Leadership Assessment, Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, Situational Leadership – Center for Leadership Studies, and Leading Virtual and Remote Teams – American Management Association
