BANK HIRES ANN FALLICA AS PERSONAL BANKER

Englewood, Fla., July 24, 2020 — Ann Fallica, who has 17 years of financial sector experience, has joined Englewood Bank & Trust as a personal banker and support team member. She is based at the bank’s Gulf Cove office and is available to assist at all four full-service bank locations.

“We’re delighted to welcome Ann to our bank family,” said President Kevin P. Hagan. “She moved to the Englewood area a few months ago from New York, where she was able to build strong customer relationships at several major financial institutions.”

Before embarking on a career in financial services, Fallica spent two years in Long Island University’s B.S. program in Early Childhood Education, then became the lead preschool teacher at Small Steps Preschool in Hauppauge, Long Island. After four years in that position, she joined the Bank of New York as a consumer banker in 2002. A year later, she became a business banker and was promoted to Assistant Vice President.

She remained in banking as an AVP and sales associate until returning to education and working as an office administrator at Longwood High School.

Active in community support on Long Island, Fallica was a member of the Hauppauge Industrial Association, a nonprofit forum for business leaders to network, problem solve and obtain advice on critical issues facing their businesses. She also served the Long Island affiliate of Dress for Success, working to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Fallica enjoys travelling in her spare time. Her husband, Frank, is retired after spending 30 years as a groundskeeper and maintenance worker at Long Island schools. His son, and Fallica’s stepson, is a member of the U.S. Special Forces. She may be reached at 941-697-5011 or afallica@ebtfl.com.
