BCB Homes Appoints New VP of Pre-Construction Services

FORT MYERS, Fla. (Nov. 30, 2020) — BCB Homes, Inc. has appointed Steve Ferqueron to the position of Vice President of Pre-Construction Services. In this role, he will be marketing, selling and managing projects on behalf of BCB Homes.

Ferqueron brings 25 years of luxury custom home building experience in California, designing, building and overseeing highly prestigious residential projects, 17 of those years being spent as an executive, which provided him a well-defined skill set that he brings to BCB Homes.

A Florida native, Ferqueron graduated from the University of North Florida, then spent a few years working in Florida, Los Angeles and Atlanta before landing back in Los Angeles as a project manager, overseeing a new high-profile home being built in Beverly Hills. Through his position at this California-based company, he gained invaluable experience that opened up many doors for him. 

Fifteen years ago, Ferqueron learned about BCB Homes while vacationing in Naples. Through a colleague he met 20 years prior, he was put in contact with BCB Homes. Although Ferqueron wasn’t looking for a job, and BCB wasn’t looking for a Vice President, an interview took place that led to him coming on staff full time, which is where the synergistic relationship began. While discussing the unplanned interview, Ferqueron stated that: “BCB’s organization and professionalism were unparalleled even by the biggest firms in Los Angeles. The building science, their specification book, and the quality and smarts of the people who interviewed me were refreshing.
