Beautiful Health to offer FREE Health Series
Beautiful Health will be offering a series of free online sessions in November, December and January. Topics have been selected to address the new ‘norm’ of learning from home while interacting with friends, family and colleagues via Zoom or live on social media.
Caroline Thonon, owner of Beautiful Health, wants to offer sessions that are a concern to most people who are health conscious. Whether the products used on the skin or what someone eats to the habits of exercise and destressing, these sessions will add value and information that is practical and attainable.
Beautiful Health just celebrated their first anniversary and when the business concept was created and the shop opened, the goal was to offer in store seminars, health talks and workshops. However, with the onset of Covid, those plans changed. With the new series of virtual talks, Thonon who is a certified health coach, is hoping to help educate others about good health and habits that lead to a happier and healthier life.
Beautiful Health is a Blue Zones Project® Southwest Florida recognized business dedicated to healthy and happier living.
The first series of talks will include three sessions:
• What is non-toxic beauty and why should you care? – November 19, 4 pm
• How stress is killing your digestive system especially during the holidays? – December 10, 4 pm
• 3 Proven ways to get rid of belly fat – January 21, 4 pm

The mission and concept for Beautiful Health is to offer all natural and toxic-free products and services. The shop offers a wide variety of all-natural products from all-natural sunscreens, make up, cleansers, lotions, soaps and more to spa services with a wide selection of massages, facials, and skin treatments. Spa treatments being offered at Beautiful Health include facials, dermaplaning, micro-needling, massages, and other related beauty treatments.
