B&I Contractors announces Brian Kelly as Chief Executive Officer

B&I Contractors announced Brian Kelly, currently serving as chief financial officer, has been appointed chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Kelly as B&I’s new CEO,” said Jason Grabowski, current Chief Executive Officer of B&I Contractors. “His long tenure at B&I in a leadership role has well prepared him for this next step. Brian’s deep commitment to B&I and his extensive industry knowledge will serve him well as he moves forward. I am confident that he will continue to uphold our core values while leading B&I successfully into the next decade.”

Following the transition, Jason Grabowski will remain actively involved with the company, serving in an advisory capacity on the Board of Directors and as a Trustee for B&I Contractors.
