B&I Contractors announces leadership promotions
Mike Novo, chief operating officer of B&I Contractors announced the promotion of five team members to vice president positions, reinforcing the company’s leadership structure to drive growth and operational excellence.
Brian Mumme has been promoted to vice president of business development. Mumme will be responsible for expanding business opportunities, strengthening relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term growth initiatives.
Jason Walker will assume the position of vice president of service. Walker will oversee the efficiency and reliability of B&I’s maintenance services, ensuring equipment is serviced promptly and operates at peak performance.
Matt Mason has been appointed vice president of HVAC and plumbing operations. Mason will lead HVAC and plumbing operations to execute projects with precision and adherence to the highest industry standards.
Jon Castro has been named vice president of manufacturing. Castro will continue to optimize production capabilities to streamline the efficiency and output of B&I’s manufacturing division.
Greg Weisburgh will step into the role of vice president of electrical operations. Weisburgh will advise B&I’s electrical division, improving technical capabilities and providing tailored solutions for its growing project portfolio.
