B&I Contractors progress on Cypress Lake High School
B&I Contractors, is advancing work on the Cypress Lake High School HVAC renovation, delivering upgraded systems designed to improve performance, efficiency, and indoor air quality for students and staff.
The two-year project covers the 155,000-square-foot campus and includes full mechanical replacement, new chillers and air handling systems, and 12,000 linear feet of underground piping. A new 7,900-square-foot Central Energy Plant will supply chilled water to both the high school and Cypress Lake Middle School, with completion expected in September 2026.
