Bone Hook Brewing Company welcomes new chef, new brewmaster

Leandro Jaszchuk

Bone Hook Brewing Company, a staple in Naples’ craft beer scene since 2016, has ushered in its next chapter under new leadership, welcoming Chef Leandro Jaszchuk and Brewmaster Dominic Venditti to its team.

Chef Leandro Jaszchuk comes from Santa Fe, Argentina, with more than 25 years of culinary expertise. He has worked in prestigious kitchens, including Robert De Niro’s Ago Restaurant in Miami and The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne. Known for his unique approach to wood-fired barbecue inspired by South American and American traditions, Jaszchuk has been featured on the Argentine television show Secretos de Chef. At Bone Hook, he will craft a menu celebrating bold flavors and locally sourced ingredients, designed to pair with the brewery’s craft beers.

Brewmaster Dominic Venditti brings over a decade of brewing experience from top breweries in San Diego and Florida. A graduate of UC San Diego’s brewing program and a creator of India pale ales (IPAs) and lagers, Venditti is behind Bone Hook’s popular beers including Wicked Seas (Hazy IPA), Grateful Head (American Lager) and Sunset Surfer (Blonde Ale).
