Bonita Springs Fairfield Inn By Marriott Earns LEED Certification

Bonita Springs, FL – O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, announced the newly opened Fairfield Inn & Suites Bonita Springs has been awarded LEED v4 Silver level of certification. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the most widely used green building rating system in the world and an international symbol of excellence. Through design, construction and operations practices that improve environmental and human health, LEED-certified buildings are helping to make the world more sustainable.

Located at 28090 La Plaza Bonita Loop, Bonita Springs, Florida, the 113-guestroom hotel opened in September 2022. Just west of I-75, (Exit 118) only 15 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport, Downtown Bonita Springs and the Historic 1936 Everglades Wonder Gardens.
