Candle-making bar coming to Coconut Point Mall

Sea Love Candle Bar and Boutique announced it will be opening its newest location at Coconut Point Mall on March 9.

Inspired by the beauty and tranquility of the ocean, Sea Love’s candles and lifestyle boutique are meant to inspire guests to experience something special and unique.

“We believe the community will truly enjoy the Sea Love Candle Bar and Boutique experience, which brings people together to learn the art of scent-blending through hands-on ‘pour your own candle’ experiences using clean and sustainable ingredients,” states Tina Smagala, owner of the new location. “Each guest chooses their own signature combination of fragrances and their vessel (3 sizes available), and our team guides them through the candle-making process step-by-step. Guests can also make a custom-scented reed diffuser if they prefer a flameless option. This unique DIY experience is fun and memorable for all ages and is perfect for individuals craving some ‘me-time’ as well as date nights, ladies’ night outings, families, bridal parties, birthday parties, corporate outings, fund-raisers, and so much more. A selection of wine and beer and other refreshments will be available for purchase to enjoy while making a candle.”

In addition to the hands-on experience, the new location will offer a selection of handmade candles in a variety of scents, as well as a carefully curated boutique of coastal-inspired items, which includes home décor, self-care products, jewelry, and accessories. Guests who make a candle or reed diffuser will receive 10% off boutique purchases.

Two ribbon-cutting events are planned for March 25 at 4:30 p.m. with the Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and March 27 at 5:30 p.m. with the Estero Chamber of Commerce. Sea Love will offer 20% off all scent-blending experiences from March 24 to 30 to celebrate the grand opening. Reservations are recommended at www.sealove.com/estero, but walk-ins are welcome.
