Capital Wealth Advisors names Burton as financial planning associate

Capital Wealth Advisors, an independent financial advisory firm based in Naples, announced the appointment of Sydney Burton as a Financial Planning Associate. In this position, Burton works with the managing partners and senior advisors in building personalized financial plans and analyzing client portfolios in support of clients’ long-term goals.

Burton joins CWA following an internship with the firm. During her time at CWA, she has supported advisors and clients through estate planning initiatives and by developing tools that help clients organize and visualize their financial information. Before her internship with CWA, Burton previously served as an intern with the Florida State University Relations, Office of the President.

Burton received her Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Media & Culture, and Philosophy from Florida State University in Tallahassee, where she graduated with summa cum laude honors.
