Carol Schneider named area sales and marketing director Palmview and The Preserve
Gulf Coast Village, The Preserve and Volunteers of America National Services announced Carol Schneider has been appointed area sales and marketing director for Palmview in Cape Coral and The Preserve in Fort Myers.
Schneider brings 26 years of experience in senior care to the role, spanning assisted living, independent living, memory care and home health care. She relocated to Florida in 2000 from the Washington, D.C., area and began her career in senior living when helping her great aunt transition to a community in Fort Myers. In her new role, Schneider will oversee sales, marketing, community outreach and lead-generation for both communities, ensuring that prospective residents and their families have access to the care services they need.
“Carol’s personal experience and dedication to senior care make her an invaluable addition to our team,” said Kendra Noble, executive director of Palmview. “Her leadership will help both Palmview and The Preserve continue providing exceptional support and meaningful experiences to residents and families in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers communities.”
William Boyd, executive director of The Preserve, said, “We are extremely excited to welcome Carol to the area role and are looking forward to developing more extended professional relationships within the Fort Myers and Cape Coral senior living and care networks.”
Schneider’s career is marked by a strong history of building professional relationships, team development, event coordination and fundraising. She has extensive experience working within the hospital and health care industries and is known for her ability to guide families through critical life decisions with empathy and professionalism.
