Christopher Alan Homes celebrates completion of new Cape Coral sales office

Hometown Florida builder Christopher Alan Homes recently marked the completion of its new fully furnished St. Augustine model home and sales office in Cape Coral with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting. The event brought together the Christopher Alan Homes team, trade partners and members of the community to recognize the milestone and the builder’s continued investment in the Cape Coral market.

Located on Chiquita Boulevard North between Embers Parkway West and Tropicana Parkway West, the four-bedroom, two-bath single-family home now serves as a central sales office for Christopher Alan Homes’ growing presence in the area. The model is open for tours Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors may call 239-800-2164 for directions and additional information.

The professionally decorated St. Augustine model spans 1,829 square feet under air with a total of 2,777 square feet, including a three-car garage. Designed to reflect how today’s buyers live, the home features an open-concept layout with a vaulted ceiling, a centrally located kitchen with freestanding island and a covered lanai that extends the main living space outdoors. The floor plan also highlights flexibility, with a fourth bedroom shown as a den or home office.

The St. Augustine is featured in this year’s Showcase of Homes which, hosted by the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association, highlights impressive professionally designed model and custom homes throughout Cape Coral. Models are open to the public for touring Jan. 23 through 25 and Jan. 30 through Feb. 1, from noon to 5 p.m.

As the builder’s Cape Coral sales office, the model introduces homebuyers to the St. Augustine floor plan while also providing information on other Christopher Alan Homes designs available on scattered homesites across Southwest Florida. Several homes are currently available for immediate or quick move-in, with prices starting from the upper $200s.
