Christopher Alan Homes hires Maurice French as director of land acquisition

Christopher Alan Homes has hired Maurice French as director of land acquisition. In this role, he will lead efforts to identify and secure strategic land opportunities. French will work closely with company leadership to advance the builder’s growth across Florida.

French brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate brokerage, land acquisition and development strategy. He began his career in finance, holding roles in mortgage lending and underwriting before founding a real estate company in 2010. He has extensive expertise in site sourcing, market analysis and complex deal negotiations, and has worked closely with builders, developers and investors on land transactions across Florida.

French earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Florida State University and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida.
