Christopher Alan Homes launches home sales in Creekside Run at Babcock Ranch

FORT MYERS, Fla.  – Single-family home sales are off to a strong start in Creekside Run at Babcock Ranch, where hometown Florida builder Christopher Alan Homes has already sold six homesites and is well into construction of three professionally-decorated models and 16 quick move-in homes.

“Creekside Run by Christopher Alan Homes is setting a new standard for modern living,” said Carissa Anderson, corporate vice president of sales for Christopher Alan Homes. “Our diverse selection of single-family new construction homes can be personalized to perfectly align with each homebuyer’s lifestyle and preferences.”
Prospective buyers can schedule a VIP appointment by calling 855-44-MYCAH or joining the VIP list.

Located in Babcock Ranch’s new Midtown phase, the 100-acre gated enclave features a private amenity center and single-family homes nestled along lakes, parks and preserves, a future town center and village green.

Creekside Run’s collection of 16 quick move-in homes is ideal for those who want to expedite their new home move-in just in time for the holiday season. The homes illustrate Christopher Alan Homes’ contemporary floor plans designed for casual living with large main gathering areas, well-appointed owner’s suites and kitchens, and covered lanais emphasizing Florida’s outdoor lifestyle.

All homes have stone countertops, designer cabinetry and are built to the highest standards with steel-reinforced concrete masonry construction, hurricane-resistant structural design and impact-rated low-e glass doors and windows for added safety and peace of mind.

Creekside Run offers eight plans featuring two to five bedrooms, two to four baths and 1,450 to 2,635 square feet within one and two stories. The three model homes, slated for completion in October, highlight the choices available on three homesite sizes.
A first-floor bedroom with an adjoining bathroom in the two-story Hampton model highlights versatility, providing opportunities for a home office, den or multigenerational suite. The five-bedroom, three-bath home spans 2,402 square feet under air and features a loft, laundry area and a spacious primary suite with a large walk-in closet and private bathroom on the upper floor.

The 1,720-square-foot Captiva model has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious great room flowing to the adjoining kitchen and dining room. Its primary suite offers two walk-in closets and a generously sized bathroom.

Representing one of Creekside Run’s largest floor plans, the four-bedroom, three-bath Magnolia model encompasses 2,635 square feet and features a den, tray ceilings and a three-car garage. A wall of sliding glass doors in the great room seamlessly connects to the covered lanai. The Magnolia’s private primary suite features two walk-in closets and a well-appointed bathroom with an extra-large walk-in glass-enclosed shower.
New homes in Creekside Run start from the mid-$300,000s.

Creekside Run residents also enjoy exclusive access to neighborhood amenities, including a pool with a covered cabana and a playground as well as Babcock Ranch’s miles of nature trails, parks, community gardens, pools, playgrounds, pickleball courts, multipurpose fields, kayaking and paddleboarding, and the lakefront Founder’s Square downtown area with restaurants, entertainment and events. Babcock Ranch is America’s first solar-powered town and the nation’s fifth top-selling community in 2022.
For families, Babcock Schools offer world-class project-based learning for kindergarten through 12th-grade students.
