Christopher Alan Homes launches pre-sales in Creekside Run at Babcock Ranch
Pre-sales are underway in Creekside Run, Christopher Alan Homes’ gated neighborhood of single-family homes in Babcock Ranch featuring private amenities and 100 acres tucked along parks, preserves, a future town center and village green. Prospective buyers can schedule a VIP appointment by calling 855-44-MYCAH or joining the VIP list.
Interest is building as three model homes are now under construction. The professionally decorated homes will illustrate Creekside Run’s three contemporary floor plan collections designed for casual living with large main gathering areas, covered lanais emphasizing Florida’s outdoor lifestyle, and energy efficiency and storm resiliency features at attainable prices. Hometown Florida builder Christopher Alan Homes is offering a selection of eight single- and two-story homes on 40-, 50- and 60-foot homesites.
“We’re thrilled to begin pre-sales in Creekside Run and introduce homebuyers to our high-quality homes that blend with Babcock Ranch’s active and sustainable lifestyle,” said Ian Schmoyer, president and CEO of Christopher Alan Homes. “The neighborhood has an exceptional location, connecting to the town’s parks, trails, playgrounds, swimming pools and sports courts. Residents will also enjoy Creekside Run’s proximity to the shops, restaurants and entertainment at the town center.”
Babcock Ranch, America’s first solar-powered town, was named the nation’s fifth fastest-selling community in 2022.
Anticipated for completion later this year, the model homes will showcase the flexibility and recognized quality of Christopher Alan Homes’ home designs, which include five new floor plans. Homebuyers have a choice of two to five bedrooms, two to four baths within 1,450 to 2,635 square feet.
As a furnished model, the two-story Hampton will highlight the three designs offered on 40-foot homesites. With a first-floor bedroom and adjoining full bath, the plan will offer built-in flexibility as a home office, den or multigenerational suite. The five-bedroom, three-bath model’s open-concept great room flows to the kitchen, dining room and through sliding glass doors to the covered lanai.
A walk-in pantry, the kitchen’s large island, a closet in the foyer and space under the stairs will provide generous storage solutions. The second-floor primary suite will have a spacious walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a double-sink vanity, large shower and a linen closet. There will also be a loft and a convenient laundry space upstairs.
Representing the three floor plans for 50-foot homesites, the Captiva model will feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,719 square feet of living space. The single-story plan’s spacious great room will easily accommodate a sofa, loveseat and two armchairs under a tray ceiling and flow to the large lanai. The great room, kitchen and dining room will create an open main gathering space, with casual dining at the kitchen’s center island.
The Captiva’s primary suite will feature two walk-in closets and a generous bathroom with a walk-in shower, linen closet and dual-sink vanity. Secluded secondary bedrooms enjoy private locations and provide buyers with flexible spaces for a quiet den or home office. The floor plan also will offer a large front porch.
The four-bedroom, three-bath Magnolia model will illustrate Creekside Run’s two largest floor plans designed for the larger 60-foot homesites. Offering 2,635 square feet, a three-car garage and den, the Magnolia will feature tray ceilings that accent the great room, dining room, foyer and primary suite bedroom. A wall of sliding glass doors in the great room will open to a large lanai, effortlessly creating Florida’s coveted indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The sunlit dining room is nestled within a window. The adjoining kitchen will feature an oversized island with seating for five and a corner pantry.
The Magnolia’s private primary suite will feature two walk-in closets and a well-appointed bathroom with dual vanities, a linen closet and an extra-large walk-in glass-enclosed shower. Two of the guest bedrooms will offer walk-in closets. The den will be located off the long foyer hallway.
