Christopher Alan Homes has promoted Kevin Bellville to executive vice president of homebuilding operations. In his new role, Bellville oversees all aspects of construction and field operations, helping to drive operational excellence, quality control and production efficiency, maintaining the high standards for quality construction the homebuilder is known for.

With over two decades of experience in construction, Bellville previously served as vice president of construction for the company, leading construction operations and strengthening processes that support consistent delivery and high-quality homebuilding. His leadership has played a key role in aligning field teams, improving performance standards and supporting the company’s continued expansion.

A licensed certified building contractor in Florida, as well as a general contractor and electrical contractor in West Virginia, Bellville brings a broad technical background to his role. Prior to relocating to Florida in 2017, Bellville owned and operated his own residential construction company in West Virginia, gaining extensive experience in homebuilding, project management and trade coordination.
