Christopher Alan Homes recognized among Florida Trend’s Best Companies to Work For

Reflecting Christopher Alan Homes’ commitment to its employees, a culture centered on work-life balance, volunteerism and a positive, collaborative work environment, Florida Trend has named the homebuilder one of the 2025 Best Companies to Work For in Florida. The company is featured in the magazine’s August 2025 issue honoring Florida’s top businesses for employee satisfaction.

Florida Trend selects its Best Companies to Work For in Florida through a two-part employee survey, including an employer assessment to capture details about policies and practices and an employee feedback survey to capture employees’ opinions about their workplace experience.

At Christopher Alan Homes, an employee culture committee representing all departments oversees the application of the company’s core values, coordinating group activities, outings, team building and volunteer opportunities. Employees are encouraged to donate their time and talent to actively support local nonprofit organizations and community causes.
