Kristine Smale named president of REIS of Southwest Florida

The Real Estate Investment Society of Southwest Florida has named Kristine Smale, Christopher Alan Homes’s executive vice president of revenue and strategy, president for 2026.

Smale has been a member of the REIS board for over six years and has been actively involved in advancing the organization’s mission to promote responsible real estate development through education, collaboration and community engagement. REIS is an independent organization comprised of Southwest Florida real estate investors and industry professionals focused on assisting members in the effective utilization of real estate through networking, education, public service and a common voice on pertinent issues.

With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, Smale plays a key role in guiding Christopher Alan Homes’ growth and strategic initiatives. She also currently serves as chair of ULI Southwest Florida and participates on Urban Land Institute product councils at both the state and national levels, contributing to conversations shaping development trends and best practices across the country.
