Construction Industry Veteran Peter Brochin joins Harwick Homes as Superintendent

Naples, Fla. (July 28, 2020)— Harwick Homes today announced the appointment of Peter Brochin to superintendent.

As Superintendent, Brochin is responsible for supervising the construction of additions, remodeling and new construction projects, managing subcontractors and vendors, creating and maintaining job schedules and timelines, implementing installations according to plans, specifications and identifying drawings, as well as managing services for the company’s estate management clients.

Brochin has more than 33 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Eckerd College with studies in real estate investment analysis, and is a Class A State licensed general contractor.   

Brochin’s experience includes managing the construction of luxury custom homes in the capacity of principal, project manager and superintendent throughout the state of Florida, including the communities of St. Andrews Country Club, International Polo Club of Palm Beach, waterfront homes in Las Olas and Boca Raton, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Miramar Lakes, Grey Oaks, and in the City of Naples, including Port Royal, Royal Harbor, Naples Park, Coquina Sands, Bonita Shores, Audubon Country Club, Estates at Bay Colony Golf Club, Pelican Marsh, and others.
