CRE Consultants Announces New Sales Associate and Key Personnel

Fort Myers/Naples, FL – CRE Consultants, one of Southwest Florida’s leading commercial real estate and property management firms, has added several key members.

In sales, Monique Ferns joins CRE Consultants as an Associate working in collaboration with Partner, Fred Kermani. In her new role on Fred’s team, she will be specializing in buyer and tenant representation in all sectors and working with domestic and international business owners and investors.

In addition, the following personnel have joined CRE.

Brokerage Services division has added:

Kathleen Harris – Executive Assistant to Randal Mercer, Founding Partner. She will be assisting with daily operations and providing concierge level customer service to clients.

The Property Management division has added:

Dawn Sanchez – Senior Real Estate Manager in the Fort Myers office, providing full tenant relations, accounts receivable and payable, lease administration, risk management budget preparation and construction management services.
