Marianne is responsible for managing a portfolio of properties totaling over one million square feet. Her portfolio includes retail, office, and industrial properties. She will continue to report to CRE Consultants’ Asset Operations Director, Ed Clarke, REA, CAM, CRFM.
Marianne has more than 20 years of experience in the property management field, enabling her to foster innovative accounting and reporting practices while assisting clients in achieving their real estate objective as well as their broader business objectives.
