Crowne Plaza Ft. Myers Gulf Coast receives top honors

The newly renovated Crowne Plaza Ft. Myers Gulf Coast has received the IHG Hotels & Resorts 2024 Spirit of True Hospitality Excellence Award for exceptional performance, including overall customer satisfaction and cleanliness. Considered one of the most exclusive accolades among IHG’s nearly 4,500 properties in North and South America, the award is given to hotels and resorts that have achieved elite status for “guest love” and received cleanliness survey scores of at least 90, finishing the year at 94.8% in the cleanliness category.
