Crowne Plaza promotes Hagen to assistant front office manager
Crowne Plaza Ft. Myers Gulf Coast has promoted Chase Hagen to assistant front office manager. In his new role, Hagen will provide leadership, guidance and support to the front desk team, helping to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

A Fort Myers native, Hagen graduated from Edison State College with a bachelor’s degree in business supervision and management and has worked in various management positions, including retail, hospitality and entertainment.
“I’m a people person and a problem solver,” Hagen said. “I excel at bringing the human element to each situation to find the best solution or experience for everyone. I will lead the team through coaching and example.”
