Wild Blue – Sarasota – Clubhouse – New Build – 32,220 square feet

CYC has broken ground on a clubhouse for the Wild Blue community. The project will feature a clubhouse, fitness center, 9-hole putt-putt course, and two pools on the grounds, serving as a central gathering point for residents. Once complete, it will deliver a refined blend of design and functionality that enhances the community experience.

The Commons Club – Bonita Springs – Beach Club – New Build – 13,446 square feet

A brand-new three-story concrete structure is underway along Bonita Beach Road, offering members of The Commons Club two distinct grilling areas and a beautifully designed second floor with a bar and restrooms. This project is designed to bring more community-centered amenities to one of the region’s most desirable beachside locations, further elevating the member experience with casual luxury and coastal views.

Windstar at Naples Bay – Naples – Country Club – Renovation – 16,267 square feet

CYC is transforming the existing cart barn at Windstar at Naples Bay Country Club into a new two-story fitness and golf operations facility. The first floor will house a modernized cart barn and golf operations center, while the second floor will feature a state-of-the-art fitness studio and dedicated exercise class area for members. By combining upgraded operational space with a highly visible, member-focused amenity, the project will both improve functionality for staff and create an attractive new addition to the face of the clubhouse.

IncredibleBank – Cape Coral – Commercial – New Build – 2,583 square feet

CYC has commenced work on its second IncredibleBank location in Florida, incorporating a drive-through feature to enhance customer convenience. The firm’s first IncredibleBank project — an award-winning branch — merged cutting-edge design with operational efficiency, introducing innovative elements. Drawing from that success, the Cape Coral branch will carry forward the same focus on sleek design, customer comfort, and operational efficiency while tailoring the build to its new site and community.
