David Puls Joins DeAngelis Diamond as Senior Preconstruction Manager

NAPLES, FL (Aug 19, 2021) DeAngelis Diamond welcomes Senior Preconstruction Manager, David Puls. In his role as Senior Preconstruction Manager, David is responsible for leading preconstruction and estimating activities, overseeing the development and updating of project budgets throughout each stage of the process.

With over 23 years in project management within the construction sector, David has extensive experience leading teams to achieve operational goals for complex projects. He has an impressive project portfolio, totaling over 4.7 million square feet and $1.4 billion. Some of his top projects include a $285M renovation of the Green Bay Packers’ Lambeau Field, a 155,000 square foot University of Illinois residence hall, a 264,000 square foot addition to the Art Institute of Chicago, and a $227M repositioning project at the Willis Tower.

After receiving his degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, David began his career in Chicago before transitioning to the Naples area in 2018. He is based at the DeAngelis Diamond Naples office.
