DeAngelis Diamond Completes Triton Cay Fort Myers Project
FORT MYERS, FL. DeAngelis Diamond nears completion of Triton Cay Fort Myers in Downtown Fort Myers, Florida. This project is one of two Silver Hills Development multifamily projects DeAngelis Diamond currently is contracted to manage, with the other located in Orlando, FL. Both projects feature similar designs and started construction in 2020.

The challenges of starting the job as Covid began, on a tight site in an urban area on the waterfront, were just a few obstacles that needed to be overcome. We were able to work closely with Civil Engineering ‘DeLisi Fitzgerald’, the City of Fort Myers, and Fort Myers Fire Department, who helped us to overcome these obstacles,” said Jesse Slenk, Project Manager for the Triton Cay Fort Myers site. “I am most impressed by how the City of Fort Myers government entities work to develop their community and strengthen the relationships within it. We are looking forward to new residents moving into the building and enjoying the community we call home.”
