DeAngelis Diamond Hires VP of Strategic Development

DeAngelis Diamond is pleased to announce the addition of John Odom as Vice President of Strategic Development. Based out of the company’s Sarasota, FL office, John will serve the Central Florida region from Sarasota to Orlando.

In his role as VP of Strategic Development, John is responsible for the implementation of overall business development strategies companywide. By providing leadership and direction, with a focus on the markets that DD serves, this role aligns perfectly with the company’s mission “to develop authentic relationships and have a positive influence on everyone we meet.”

Originally from Toledo, Ohio, John graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Urban Planning prior to beginning his career in Clearwater, Florida in 1996. He moved into the sales side early in his 25-year career, preferring to be in front of people and prospecting business. John has been involved in projects on both the design and construction side in a variety of market segments.
